Watching the big game is a great way to hang out with friends and watch a good football game.This is also a good opportunity to get a good workout in. Some people might be reluctant to work out in front of the friends but invite them to join you! Basically this workout is just doing some simple exercises during the commercial breaks. Here are the workouts:
1. First commercial break: As many push-ups as you can do with good form. Any kind of push-up you are comfortable doing is fine. When the game comes back on, take a rest.
2. Second commercial break: As many sit-ups as you can do while maintaining good form. Once again , it doesn't matter what kind of sit-up. As usual take your rest.
3. Third commercial break: Now we are switching it up a bit. Now we will do chair dips. I cant find a photo for proper demo. Here is a youtube video you might want to watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKjcgfu44sI . Do those for the duration of the third commercial. Oh and make sure to drink plenty of water! Dehydration is not fun, I was hospitalized last week for it!
4. Rinse and repeat: Rotate theses exercises as you like throughout the commercials. Make sure to include all of them though and adjust it to make it right for you!
